When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address, if you give one

Why we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- call or message you back about your enquiry
- understand what your business needs before we quote
- send you the audit, plan or report you asked for
- send invoices and keep our accounts, if you become a client
- improve the website, using anonymous visitor numbers
We do not send marketing messages to people who only filled in an enquiry form, unless you ask us to. We never sell your information to anyone.
Your consent, and taking it back
We use your information because you gave it to us and asked us to get in touch. You can tell us to stop and to delete your details at any time, by emailing info@shauryadigitalmedia.com. We will do it and confirm once it is done.
Who else can see it
We share information only with the services we need to run the business, and only as much as they need:

We may also share information if the law requires it. Nobody else gets it.
If you become a client
When we work for you, we usually need access to accounts such as your website, your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics. Those accounts stay in your name and under your ownership. We access them to do the work you asked for, and nothing else. When our work ends, you remove our access, or ask us to remove ourselves, and we will.
Anything we learn about your business while working for you stays confidential.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for [TO FILL IN: how long, e.g. 12 months] and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and company law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using it
Email info@shauryadigitalmedia.com and we will reply within one working day and act within a reasonable time. There is no charge for this.
